Rejuvenate your Retreat Experience

Fit Camp Climb & Yoga Retreats is a holistic, fitness oriented and weightloss group retreat led by expert practitioners and coaches. You will learn a  make new friends and align your energy with yoga on the rocks! Our retreats are a fitness and wellness destination in sun and fun filled Las Vegas, Nevada. 

Our highly trained climbing teachers, guide you to the best beginner climbs where you get to spend the day climbing in Joshua Tree. We train you every step of the way how to climb confidantly, handle the ropes and communicate effectively with your climbing partner. 

Morning and sunset yoga flows will be a blessing during the retreat. Our yoga teacher designs the classes to help you stretch your tired muscles and align your energy with the beautiful nature surrounding you. 

 

Healthy meals will be provided for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We provide a breakfast of oatmeal, eggs, toast and fruit so you have options. Lunch will be sandwiches of all sorts depending on your liking/food restrictions. Dinner is provided by one of the local and delicious Joshua Tree/Yucca Valley restaurants, since we love supporting local food!

We will be lodging at a beautfiul retreat home in Joshua Tree, with a pool, big backyard, and comfy beds. We can fit 6 people per retreat. Both men and women are welcome!

Schedule for 3 day retreat:

Friday:

12:00-2:00pm:  Check-in to retreat home/Meet-n-Greet

3:00-5:00pm: Hike/Drive through Joshua Tree National Park 

5:00pm-6:00pm: Sunset Yoga

7:00pm: Dinnertime

8:00pm onward: Campfire Pow-Wow/Jacuzzi/Free Time

Saturday:

8:00am:  Coffee, Tea, Breakfast 

9:00am-3:00pm:  Climbing Workshops at Joshua Tree climbing site. Lunch provided. 

3:00-5:00pm: Wellness Workshops/Massages w Dr. Lucinda 

5:00pm-6:00pm: Sunset Yoga Class

7:00pm: Dinnertime

8:00-10:00pm: Free time, Jacuzzi, etc

Sunday:

8:00am: Coffee, Tea, Breakfast

9:00am-10:00am: Morning Yoga Flow and Meditation

10:00am-11:00am: Massages

12:00pm: Check out

Coach Corinne CuraVida

Corinne CuraVida is a certified personal trainer, climbing coach, and exercise nutrition specialist. She is the lead host and owner of Fit Camp Retreats and loves to bring badass women together to celebrate life, nature and beauty! She can be found climbing rocks in the woods or salsa dancing into the night downtown.

Patricia Camargo, RYT

Patricia Camargo is a Yoga Instructor with a positive and welcoming energy, ready to help you achieve better life balance, manage your stress, have better focus, improve flexibility and mobility, have more active and healthy life by improving your mental and physics awareness. She is a nature lover and can be find meditating in front of the ocean after her morning run or practicing her daily Yoga routine, the ultimate way to unwind and de-stress.

Dr. Lucinda Mallory

Dr. Lucinda Mallory, is a naturopathic health consultant, former medical director and lead naturopathic physician of 4 top clinics and anti aging specialist, She will advise your wellness consults, guiding you to optimum health on an individual basis. You can find her running the trails of Red Rocks Canyon almost everyday with the dogs while juggling 100 other things all at once!  Major manifester this one!

Costs:

Retreat Cost: $1235

Includes:

- 3 Days/2 Nights all access at retreat home (shared bedroom) 

- All meals (2 breakfasts, 2 dinners, 1 lunch)

- Climbing Workshops

- Yoga Classes and Meditation

- Wellness Workshop w natural medicine specialist

-Massage Therapy

- All climbing gear (harness, helmet, shoes, chalk bag)

If you do  NOT need gear:
