Hey rockstars, I'm Coach Corinne!
I'm a certified holistic fitness trainer and nutrition coach, and I'd love to help you crush your goals in getting fit, burning fat and motivating you to get moving!
I have over 10 years of education and experience in women's fitness, weight loss regimens, mobility, flexibility and health and wellness.
My passion to help others achieve their goals is what drives me to be the best trainer I can be. I train all levels of fitness, whether you're just starting out or are training hard for a competition, I'm your coach!
I train my clients 1-1 or in a small group at the beach, park, at home or online and run ladies' bootycamps in the South Bay/ Southern California.
I offer many programs and my 6 week Fit for Fat Blast Program is one of my most popular, affordable and results proven protocol I offer.
A little about me: I graduated from University of Washington, Seattle, with a degree in health and environmental sciences. Studied at National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) for personal training. Meditated ;) my way through my 500 hour yoga teacher training, and learned the way of exercise science and nutrition through Precision Nutrition.
No matter what your goals are in fitness, yoga, weight-loss, mobility, corrective exercise and/or healthier living, I would love to help you become your best self!
Coach Corinne serves the Los Angeles' South Bay cities including Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, Torrance, El Segundo, Marina del Ray, Playa Vista and Palos Verdes, and more.

Corinne's philosophy and Bio:
Fitness is the cornerstone of health, confidence and well being. As an athlete, I demanded a lot of my body, a demand that can only be tamed with a determined mind and fueled by the energy and nutrition you supply it. My first love of yoga is the foundation upon which I build my fitness programs, where the body, mind and spirit find balance.
As a competitive rock climber, I learned grit and mental toughness. As a dancer I learned grace and poise and as I evolve into the the personal trainer I am today, I incorporate my life learning and constant development into my holistic training programs.
