30 days of fitness classes taught by certified (awesome) fitness trainer and Bootcamp Coach, Corinne CuraVida!


Coach Corinne created FitBooty Bootcamps, for women who do too much! Get your exercises into  your day and done with amazing super-women just like YOU! 


Bootycamps consist of:

- 45 minute group fitness trainings 

- 8-12 Fat Blasting exercises every training, that safely and effectively help you shed pounds.

- Meal Planning session with Coach Corinne

- Weight and body fat % tracking and goal setting

WHO: All women, ladies, girlfriends, those who identify as female! (sorry dudes, not this time).

I absolutely adore working out with Corinne through Cura Vida! The workouts are TOUGH but she presents them in such a positive and welcoming environment that it never feels like you just can't do it.
