FitBooty Bootcamps are fun and effective 45 minute group fitness trainings that incorporate HIIT/high intensity interval training, circuit trainings with yoga fit flows and zumba/dance for warm up/cool downs. Bootycampers also can receive nutritional consultations, at home workout videos, meal plans and daily delicious recipes to ensure their success in reaching their fitness goals!
